All content, features, and functionality of Arete AI — including but not limited to the app design, AI coach personas, text, graphics, and code — are owned by Arete AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content you create within the app (tasks, goals, routines) remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the coaching service.
Arete AI is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. You will be clearly notified before any free features become paid, and existing free functionality will not be retroactively locked behind a paywall without prior notice.
Arete AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
