Download the Arete AI app, open it, and tap Get Started. You can sign up with your email address. Once registered, you'll be guided through choosing your first AI coach and setting up your goals.
You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Yes. You can change your AI coach at any time from the app settings. Each coach has a unique personality and coaching style — try different ones to find the best fit for you.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Arete AI in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Arete AI. Also check that your in-app reminder settings are configured. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.
Yes. Your conversations and personal data are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select Arete AI. You can cancel at any time and continue using the app until the end of your billing period.
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, check for an update in the App Store. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app — your account data is saved to our servers and will be restored when you log back in. If none of these help, contact us directly.
